When registering for a ffjl account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. ffjl reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license) — to verify your identity at any time.
One Account Per Player. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) ffjl account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ffjl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register for or use ffjl: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have self-excluded from ffjl or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform; (c) employees, contractors, or agents of ffjl or its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members; (d) persons located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ffjl account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your ffjl login details with any other person. ffjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Notification of Unauthorized Access. You must notify ffjl immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your ffjl account or any breach of security.
Account Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your ffjl account remains accurate and up to date. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information to ffjl is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
Account Non-Transferability. Your ffjl account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate suspension of all accounts involved.
Accepted Payment Methods. ffjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. ffjl does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.
Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on ffjl is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal Processing. ffjl processes withdrawal requests in accordance with its standard processing schedule. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be delayed if ffjl requires additional documentation to comply with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. ffjl reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending the completion of any ongoing investigation.
Currency. All transactions on ffjl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ffjl is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Anti-Money Laundering. ffjl is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. ffjl may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities.
ffjl may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions offered by ffjl are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer.
Game Rules. Each game available on the ffjl platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager. ffjl is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game.
Random Number Generation. All ffjl casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, ffjl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. ffjl's decision in such matters is final. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ffjl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the ffjl platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of ffjl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ffjl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ffjl content; (b) modify or create derivative works based on ffjl content; (c) use any ffjl trademark, logo, or brand identifier without prior written consent from ffjl.
Any unauthorised use of ffjl intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and applicable law, and may result in civil and criminal liability.
Platform Availability. ffjl endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the ffjl platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ffjl's control. ffjl shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from platform unavailability.
Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ffjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ffjl platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Cap on Liability. ffjl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ffjl platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ffjl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension by ffjl. ffjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Closure by Player. You may close your ffjl account at any time by contacting ffjl support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your ffjl account for any reason, your licence to use the ffjl platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
ffjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ffjl will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the ffjl platform.
Your continued use of the ffjl platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the ffjl platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.

Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Regulatory Oversight. The ffjl platform operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any gaming-related disputes that cannot be resolved directly with ffjl may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures.
Jurisdiction. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ffjl platform.
Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact ffjl in good faith and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. ffjl will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
